Arrggghhhh!

HELP!  I am trying to add a reply button to my comments.  I know html pretty well, and my code seems like I copied it correctly.  However, the reply button won't show up in my previous posts...maybe it won't in previous posts.  ???  If you would, could you just add a simple comment to this post, and let me see if it shows up?
